About this Fabric:Speckled is a paint splatter design by Rashida Coleman-Hale that is printed on a dyed base of soft Ruby Star Cotton. Dyeing the background color instead of printing it makes it extra lush and saturated. Nearly all the colors include metallic ink, and the are perfect as blenders or to use like solids in standalone projects.
