We are excited to offer a new selection of block printed cottons. Jaipur is the capitol of block printed cottons, made with wooden carved blocks that have been in use for decades and generations. Thefabrics are hand printed, using bright colours and creating exquisite patterns that are graphic, pretty, bold and delicate.

Note – It’s in the “cotton lawn” section of our fabrics because it’s very light, but it’s not quite as soft or fine as aJapanese lawn. This Indian cottonstarts out a little stiffer and will get increasingly soft as you wash it. Also,please bear in mind that this is a hand printed product, there may be some slight irregularities.

Spark – We believe there’s always an occasion for lightweight cotton garments, whether that’s during the shoulder months when layering up to accommodate the daytime heat and eveningcool is essential, oras abreathable and comfortable pajama or nightgownwhile enjoying a roaring fire indoors.

Please note that all fabric is sold in 1/2 yard increments. If you want 1 yard, please order a quantity of 2. If you want 2 yards, you will need to order a quantity of 4.
