Our Black Shell Scalloped Three-Tier Ruffled Lace Trim is one shell of a playful trim! Three lacy ruffles are adorned with scalloped-shell motifs, backed on a lightweight black mesh. At four inches wide, we suggest finishing raw edges on skirt hems, cuffs, and lingerie, or stacking with other trims for extra ruffles!
