Made from 100% cotton, our BF Exclusive yarn dyed shirting boasts a crisp drape and a fine, stable weave that makes it easy to work with (even for beginners!). In a lively range of colourways designed by our in-house team, this playful woven features a classic two-tone mini gingham that we cant wait to sew up. With a beautifully soft hand, this breathable lightweight cotton can be used for a range of projects from oversized button-ups & shirred dresses, to comfortable pj sets & boxer shorts. The gingham check measures 5mm x 5mm.

This fabric was custom milled in small batches in Southern India where there is a rich tradition of textile manufacturing. Small batch production is more manual than larger production runs which may lead to subtle irregularities in the final textile like small slubs or skewing in the grainline. These irregularities are considered a normal characteristic of the production process and do not affect the quality or usability of the fabric. If you encounter any skewing in your yardage, we suggest cutting your project out with a single layer of fabric, rather than double fold, and cutting along the stripe, plaid or gingham design to ensure best results.
