About the Prints

The daily mark-making of Emmie K was what began the process of designing Roam. Meant to convey joyful meandering and exploration, Roam is an ode to the yearning to get out of the house and travel. Having been inspired by textiles and motifs from various cultures, Emmie K hopes to pass along that inspiration to others’ creative process.

About the Artist

Emmie Goldenbaum (aka Emmie K) holds a BFA in Textile Design and has worked professionally within the fabric industry for over twenty years. Making the most of her experience in many roles in the field includingCreative Director of Marketing, Graphic Designer, and Surface Designer, Emmie currently runs her own boutique graphic design firm, Silver Hollow Creative, in addition to her surface design brand, Emmie K.

In addition to her fabric collections, Emmies surface designs can be found on home goods products available at such retailers as Nordstrom, Target, Pac Sun, and Bed Bath and Beyond.
