Lulu DK Catwalk – Multi Corals on Light Tinted Linen
Coral has a PR problem. Say coral and most people picture 1987 bridesmaid dresses or the specific shade of embarrassment that comes with early retirement communities in Florida. This is not that coral.

Catwalks horizontal stripes layer different coral registers – some leaning terracotta, some pushing toward melon, some reading almost neutral in certain light – on a linen thats been tinted just enough to keep the whole composition from skating into precious. The stripe widths vary slightly, which is what keeps it from reading as menswear fabric that escaped the shirt factory. Theres rhythm here, but its syncopated.

Fifteen yards is serious upholstery territory. A sofa. Two club chairs. A headboard with yardage left over for throw pillows that dont technically match but somehow improve everything nearby. The light tinted ground means this works in rooms that cant support full saturation – beach houses, sunrooms, any space where the actual sun has voting rights.
