To mark her twentieth year in fabric design, Anna Maria Parry revisited the creative wellspring behind her debut collection, Bohemian, first introduced in 2005. Rather than relying on direct reprints, Rhapsody by Northcott, allowed her to return to those original sources of inspirationleopard spots, lush exotic florals, hand-painted tiles and ceramics, and richly woven tapestries. They were simply the objects and patterns that captivated her then, and, as shes discovered, they still hold her imagination today.

With two decades of experience, however, comes a more assured hand, a sharper eye, and a deeper emotional connection to these motifs. She is now able to translate those long-loved influences into designs that more faithfully reflect the images and feelings she carries in her mind and heart. Rhapsody is therefore both a graceful acknowledgment of where her journey began and a thoughtful marker of where she now stands as an artist and quilter.

As a special tribute, she has also created a limited-edition Anniversary Vases design, featuring twenty distinct vases, each adorned with patterns drawn from her work over the years, celebrating the evolution of her creative voice.
